Pavel’s recent experience includes:
- representing an American global producer of coating materials in a litigation against the customs related to the classification of imported petrochemical goods
- representing of an American IT-company in a court dispute against a major Russian bank related to the violation of software rights
- representing an Austrian manufacturing company in an IP-related dispute under SCC Rules related to the delivery of turbine blades to a nuclear power plant in Ukraine
- managing numerous insolvency proceedings related to the bankruptcies of a state-owned power plant, a brick factory, and an industrial producer on behalf of a major creditor, a European bank (total claims of approx. RUB 6,6 billion), including liaising with local government authorities
- advising a foreign oil company in bankruptcy proceedings against a refinery plant (claim of RUB 3,6 billion)
- representing a major creditor, an LSE listed company, in several bankruptcy proceedings against poultry processing plants (total claims of approx. RUB 6 billion)
- representing top-management and employees of a Fortune 200 company in a criminal case regarding the smuggling of strategic goods (petroleum products)
- representing an American FMCG company in a criminal case against its counterparty related to tax evasion amounting to RUB 13 billion
- representing the Head Representative of a Taiwanese IT-company in a criminal case related to a fraud in state procurement
- steering an on-site investigation for a Japanese automobile concern related to labor safety and injuries, and internal and external reporting
- conducting an investigation for a European company related to local management’s mala-fide behavior and related criminal implications
- conducting an investigation for an American production company related to currency control issues
