• representing an American global producer of coating materials in a litigation against the customs related to the classification of imported petrochemical goods
• representing of an American IT-company in a court dispute against a major Russian bank related to the violation of software rights
• representing an Austrian manufacturing company in an IP-related dispute under SCC Rules related to the delivery of turbine blades to a nuclear power plant in Ukraine
• managing numerous insolvency proceedings related to the bankruptcies of a state-owned power plant, a brick factory, and an industrial producer on behalf of a major creditor, a European bank (total claims of approx. RUB 6,6 billion), including liaising with local government authorities
• advising a foreign oil company in bankruptcy proceedings against a refinery plant (claim of RUB 3,6 billion)
• representing a major creditor, an LSE listed company, in several bankruptcy proceedings against poultry processing plants (total claims of approx. RUB 6 billion)
• representing top-management and employees of a Fortune 200 company in a criminal case regarding the smuggling of strategic goods (petroleum products)
